Work requested by tree owner and family due to area becoming cluttered and dark and now posing a concern for safety as the owner was recently burgled and at that time had no telephone line as it had recently broken. The assumption is that it broke as a result of rubbing on the Acer. The replacement phone line again is under tension from rubbing against the Acer. Please note that the owner is elderly and will not answer the door to strangers, any contact should be initiated through the agent who can arrange any necessary visits etc, via the owners family.
