Litter Picks 2023
Belper Town Council organises four community litter picks per year. These are held quarterly on a Saturday morning. The New Year Litter Pick takes place on the first weekend in January to spruce up the town after the festive celebrations. The Easter Litter Pick follows, in preparation for Spring and the start of the tourist season. Between late June and early July the Early Summer Litter Pick helps the town to look clean and tidy while the floral displays bloom. The Autumn Litter Pick is the final one of the year and is held in early October as the leaves start to fall, in preparation for the onset of winter.
The dates for this years litter picks are:
Saturday 7th January
Saturday 3rd June
Saturday 1st July
Saturday 14th October
If you would like to join us, meet us at the Coppice Car Park at 9.30am on the day wearing appropriate clothing and footwear. All other equipment is provided.
