Coronation grants
DCC is urging Derbyshire residents organising Coronation community events to take advantage of a number of grants available from us and other sources.
From large scale gatherings to smaller get-togethers, there are grants ranging from a few hundred pounds up to £10,000 available to community groups, clubs, local charities and organisations holding celebrations.
The Derbyshire Grants scheme has grants of up to £1,000 available for events that meet certain criteria, and as it can take up to 3 weeks to assess an application, people are being urged to make their applications as soon as possible to ensure they can be processed in time and the money released to successful groups.
