The new Cafe 24 opened this week and on Tuesday was visited by the Mayor, Cllr Emma Monkman and Deputy Mayor, Cllr John Porter. The cafe can be found along with 15 other businesses in the recently refurbished 1924 building on Campbell Street, Belper
