Public Meetings

All Town Council meetings are usually held in the Heritage Centre at St John's Chapel and are open to the public however due to the current Covid-19 pandemic the meetings are currently held virtually via Zoom. All meeting joining links are printed in the agendas and the meetings are open to the public. All meeting agendas are published on the Council's web site and in the notice boards at

At every Full Council meeting on the second Tuesday of the month except August there is an Agenda item for Public speaking.

The Annual Parish meeting is held on the second Tuesday in May (third Tuesday in an election year) before the Council AGM. The Annual Parish meeting is for the electorate and is a "Public Meeting".
